Item of Trust Property question

Item of Trust Property…so are there any tips and or dos and don’ts besides the instructions given in the Trust Maker program?

Lets just say I want to do this right the first time and I love your guys input and appreciate it a ton.:D;)

With that said what examples are there to follow of describing the item (in this case SBR) that will be the property to be held in the trust?

Do you put the serial number etc? Make of the lower?

Like for me “Sun Devil multi cal short barreled rifle with the serial number of 12345 belongs to (my name)”.

Any items going into the trust must be described by the make, model and serial number. For example- suppresor, Gemtech Tundra, ser.# xxxxxx.

Just realized that sounded sarcastic but if it weren’t for you fine fine folks id be wishing I could own a SBR instead of making one. So no sarcasm here, I mean it.

If you’re building with a Form 1 then this:

Sun Devil, model SD-15, Serial number XXXX

It’s not a SBR until they say it is. The above worked for me.
