A Texas court sentenced eight individuals who were found guilty earlier this year of attacking a federal immigration facility in Texas to multiple decades in prison. Benjamin Song, the leader of the Antifa group, was sentenced to a century behind bars for his role in the attack on the Prarieland Detention Center in Alvarado last Fourth of July.
The defendants, who were convicted on terrorism charges in March, set off fireworks and vandalized vehicles outside the detention facility and then opened fire on responding officers in what prosecutors described as a “planned ambush.”

Song and Hill lived in a house in Dallas with several trans-identifying left-wing activists who were part of a local Antifa cell, the Washington Post reported last year. Song leveraged his military and martial arts background to train his roommates and other Dallas Antifa members in close quarters combat, according to prosecutors. When police raided the house Song and Hill lived in, they recovered a cache of firearms.
Song’s attorney insisted outside the courthouse that “it was never intended that anybody get hurt,” the Associated Press reported.
Doubt it. Two of them got clapped by ICE and they are still at it. The only thing that will stop them entirely is a full scale purge of the vermin from society.

Yea, probably a misunderstanding. Getting killed is not a judicial punishment, it is a pushed it too far punishment. If they can skirt the perimeter of pushing it too far, which isn’t hard, nothing will happen to them even if they get arrested. They get released, rinse…repeat. It’s a lot easier to cross the line and get arrested than get killed. If they start getting put away and not coming back, that is huge.
Gotcha!. I just don’t know if prison is a deterrent to these things. To them, it may be paradise. Thriving gay culture, free food, free housing, free education. A bit of a joke, but it is what they ultimately want.

What chaps my ass is when they have the unmitigated gall to compare themselves to the real men who stormed ashore on D-Day. Unless these are State charges they’ll just be pardoned away by the next D into 1600 anyway.
This, sadly, is how you make people want to expand the range of capital crimes, by making them believe that justice depends on keeping the perp’s party away from the pardon pen or making it irreversible before they do.
