Issues with Magpul BEV Block

Anyone here use the BEV block? I’ve got a Geissele Reaction Rod and the KAC rod and both fit my barrels like a glove. I wanted to try out the BEV block so I purchased one last month and it won’t fit any of my barrels (tried it on Colt, Noveske, DD, LMT, V7). I even tried mounting it on a barrel with the upper receiver thinking perhaps it was getting stuck on the lugs or the angle was off, but it just won’t fit.

Anyone have ideas? My gut says its slightly out of spec, but I’ve emailed Magpul twice now (and its been almost a month) with zero response from them.

I would call Magpul customer service at 1 (877) 462-4785. Just being honest…I can have 100 + mildly important emails waiting for me after a long weekend and unless you are a investigator or a victim/witness coordinator… you get a response when I make my way down the list. Not to say that’s whats going on but generally thats the nature of the beast.
