Ugly is in the eye of the beholder. Honestly I’ve seen uglier!

I don’t know dude, that thing’s pretty foul; that and the owner apparently has a LOT of faith in that XPS.

I dont know how the end user is going to configure it, I just threw the XPS on for the pic.

I don’t think it is so bad. Dare I say – it is kind of cool. It is an interesting way of having an suppressed SBR with plenty of rail to hold on to. There aren’t many bells and whistles. It looks like it does what it was designed to do to me.

Are there arey technical or functional issues with this set-up?

Its a great/functional setup, I just think its ugly. Its the shortest OAL suppressed SBR, with an 11.5" barrel you’ll find(only 5/8" longer than the same with an A2 Flash hider), with the bonus of not having your ear drums burst if you shoot it inside. The idea of a full length handguard that you dont have to cover with panels is an upside. To each his own, but my personal carbines are considered pretty ugly by most too with the UTE2 receivers :slight_smile:

I really like that concept.

It’s everything you need, not much you don’t. I’d put BUIS and an Aimpoint on it and call it a day.

So is this a 7.5" barrel with the M4S permanently installed or what? Not a big fan of 7.5" barrels, but I like the MP5SD3 look.

looks great to me… gonna be hot to shoot with the PRI tube, but that’s obviously the only way you were gonna get the suppressor in there.

I had another one with a 10.5" barrel and DD 10.0 that with just a bit of work in the mill, the can fit inside. So never say, never :slight_smile:
