Is Colt Canada importing rifles to the US?

I read a post about them on The Firearms Blog but it didn’t say anything about importation.

Why would one want a Canadian AR? Look at COLT USA.

I was under the impression Colt Canada hammer forged their barrels…whatever Colt is calling their US distribution side of the house does not. There may be other reasons.

I like the Colt Canada configurations more than the Colt USA configurations so fingers crossed

I kinda like the idea of the monolithic handguard where the receiver and rail are a single forging.

It only says commercial sales in Canada.
