Does anybody have experience with BVAC ammo, Bitterroot Valley Ammunition & Components?
I’ve bought 45 and 9mm in bulk from them and had no problems with it. It’s my understanding that it’s all once fired brass reloaded to factory specs. Now who’s specs I don’t know.

I have 4k rounds of 40 & 9 with no ammo problems. Going to try out some of their 223 ammo when I can get to the range.

Put 1000+ through my M&P9 with no problems, have about 3000 more on the shelf ready to go.
I’ve put 3 cases of their 223, and one case of 9mm subsonics through my guns. I had one 223 round that had a case separation, but I suspect your chances of that happening are the same as with any other re-manufactured ammunition. Most, if not all the cases had recent Lake City head stamps. Other than that one round, I haven’t had any other issues with it.
You might also try The Hunting Shack. They are in the same geographical location, and all the people who work at BVAC, branched off from The Hunting Shack to start the business a couple years ago.
I believe both companies use the same equipment, components and load data.
They also have LE/Mil pricing.
I bought a case of .223 from them a while back at a gunshow…
Kept the warranty card just in case, but all of it shot without a hiccup.
When I actually buy ammo instead of reloading it I usually get BVAC, it’s a couple buck cheaper and as good as anything for practice. If you’re in western WA they have it at Discount Ammo and Arms, near Fort Lewis.
I shoot their 180 gr 40 S & W and it is great stuff. A little spicy but is full house…will do until I load it!
