With worldwide attention fixed on the war in Ukraine, Iran is able to stay in the shadows, build up its power and science, while continuing to sponsor terror across the globe. Be it in Yemen, Lebanon, or other places, the Revolutionary Guards are highly effective at spreading evil deeds by evil dudes.
With this administration kissing up to Iran, and the sadly much smarter supreme leader, billions of dollars are coming their way. The Revolutionary Guard already get nearly $7B budget.
The so called nuclear deal will make Iran far stronger, and removing the IRG from the terror list will come back to news headlines when they pull off <fill in event>. These people are very good at what they do. Their proxy’s whom I met in Lebanon many years ago were very well trained and fierce fighters. I am sure the IRG are far “better”.
What I don’t understand is why. What is the incentive to appease Iran? Is there any doubt with respect to their ideology, or end goal of some new dark age? Why?? I really don’t understand it.
