I just got an Interceptor vest with plates to use for SHTF situations at work. It is currently the desert color, but I can only use black for work.
So, what options would I have as far as replacement carriers that are black and have velcro for identification patches that fit the interceptor?
I saw the ones on bulletproofme, but they either don’t have the velcro or are not black. I have read through other threads but I am not finding anything. Thanks!
Specialty Defense Systems used to make alot of the Interceptor stuff in woodland, desert and black. This guy has a lot of their stuff for sale. Its not listed but he might know another avenue to pursue

Does the cut of the Interceptor soft armor have a specific name? I have seen BALCS, OTV and others but don’t know what they mean.

I read your post before I posted this because me had the same needs. The cover you got doesn’t have the velcro or MOLLE in the locations to put identification patches on them. What did you end up doing for that?
I stitched a POLICE logo on the rear flap and haven’t done anything on the front as of yet. I have a shotgun shell holder that has velcro on the front. I was thinking of attaching that with a police logo.
Beez does great work and he will work with you on what you want. I had him make me a carrier for my interceptor. If the color you want isn’t listed let him know and he’ll get it.
