Wow…what a bitch to get the AR-AK stock adapter to work. I had to dremel the hell out of her but luckily it’s just plastic. Dunno if I like it yet or not and may sell the whole setup and go w/ a dedicated ACE AK folder but I do like where the stock sits. Much more comfortable than my wood stock that I had on it and it is raised a bit to give a better cheek weld instead of the chin weld I was having to use to use the irons. I’ll probably go to the range on Thursday or Friday w/ an AAR to follow. Also I’ve got an Aimpoint X Wide mount coming in to lower the Aimpoint clone a bit more. I also may sell the UTG rail and just go w/ an Ultimak so I can still use the irons w/ the optic mounted. My next purchase however is an AK Concepts JTAC. Sorry to the traditionalists as this has nothing really traditional about it but it’s practical to me.
