I just checked out MI Ind. Mctar front flip and it looks like a good option. The sight locks up from the front up so if the sight is slammed into something it is against the mounting block so it wont get knocked down, a good design!
Rob S. has me all worried about Troy sights now…think my next set will be the PRI combo. Maybe Troy will fix the design or maybe it was just a bad batch, but I’m not taking any chances right now.
For the price the MI are a good value.
A couple of failures out of the thousands of sights made is hardly a reason to avoid the product.
I’ll revisit this after I get mine back. Hopefully I’ll remember.
I found the pri front flip/gas block on Bravocompany’s web site. A very strong nice looking set up but rather pricey. And Bravos site even has it discounted.
