18 minutes left. The guy on the bubble just got bumped, then tried to bump himself back in, but came up .04 sec short after his 4 lap attempt. He’ll have to time to make an adjustment and make another run. This is the stuff that makes Indy Indy.
And now 40 year old Buddy lazier comes out of nowhere and gets in. They did major surgery to that car over the last half hour. To lay the wing all the way back and run it w/o any test, UN-FREAKIN-BELIEVABLE!!!

There’s about 10 minutes to go, your strapped in and all you can do is ask your crew, “Will it stick?” Then you go out and wind that bastard up for two warmups with zero seat time on that config because you know you’ve got to have a killer lap #1 if you have any expectation of tying FOUR laps together. I say again, UN-FREAKIN-BELIEVABLE!!!
