p.s. i live in a shall-issue CCW state, but you can’t purchase a handgun or possess one outside of the home without the CCW (can take up to six months to get). and there’s a 15 day wait on long gun sales (CCW’s, hunting licensees, .mil and LEO exempt). man were my 3 friends pissed off when they found out that had to wait to buy a gun.
