I have a problem with my Zero

Attached are pictures of my Zero on my Cav Arms upper. I bought a new YHM rear site and replace the front site post. The flip up YHM front site was installed at Cav-Arms in Mesa AZ.

The battle Zero for it is the same as when I just had the standard front site post and my Cav-Arms rear site.

I am worried because my Bushmaster upper is good to go and it is a A2 and I have lots of play in it more than a few clicks. This is a Cav-Arms upper built by Sabre Defense at least I was told that. It is a good rifle I just dont know what to do so I can have more play in it other than a few clicks.

Could it be a problem with the shooter?

Is your FSB canted?
Does your barrel look straight?
Can you swap out the rear sight with a buddy for a test fire?

Scott,
If you have a YHM front flip sight, you can loosen the four mounting screws a little bit and the ever so slightly rotate the front sight.
