Two misdemeanor tax charges, and if Hunter successfully completes so-called diversion there won’t be any gun prosecution. As reported: A source familiar with the deal said the Justice Department had agreed to recommend probation on the tax charges but a judge will make the ultimate decision.
The Left will use this to claim the DOJ is evenhanded and to mock claims to the contrary.
I can’t be the only person who thinks this is a gift for the Bidens. He pretends its all due to his addiction, and pleads guilty. In exchange for no jail, and no doubt also in exchange for them to stop digging and looking at the corruption and bribery charges that are so much more obvious and are the larger issue for the American people.
Side note- Has anyone seen if he actually paid his back taxes? Or does he just do probation and keep his ill gotten gains?

That’s exactly what this is, they announce it, they settle it, and everybody needs to just move on. He’s paid his price, he’s done his time even though no actual Justice was served.

Perhaps one of our legal experts could chime in on this. I’m not very knowledgeable regarding the federal criminal justice system but I thought a defendant had to disclose all related criminal activity to get the plea bargain. That could be a problem for the Biden’s and for Hunter. If Hunter fails to disclose other instances of tax evasion couldn’t he violate his plea agreement?
Do you not get that the entire system is in on this? Are you still holding out hope there’s some honest prosecutors and judges out there in the deep state mass? Hunter will face no real consequences just like hillary, just like dementia joe. They are untouchable. And then watch what they’re doing to Trump, because he dares to challenge them. They will make an example out of him. They will just pull another JFK, which by this point it’s clear the CIA was behind.
