Chiming in from Central TX. I registered a while back I have been lurking since then as there is a vast amount of info / knowledge to take in.
I’ll try to contribute when I can, but as I consider myself a novice (actively shooting for 2 yrs, slowed down a bit with the ammo shortage) in the world of EBR’s so I will stick to the advise that a USN Chief once told me…“Never miss a good opportunity to shut up and listen.”
Owner of a Bushmaster that is bone stock but hope to change that in the near future with a good optics set-up, and I plan on adding a light to it as well. I know it’s not a top of the line AR platform but it has served me well so far, and I haven’t had any issues with it.
