Hello gang!
I am interested in building my own AR15. I have shot them twice and did a field strip on one once but that is it. So yes, I am completely new to the AR15 world. Can you guys tell me where to find parts, sites that explain how to build it or pictures that show how to build it, insight in best parts, etc? Last month I finished my 2nd AK so with the right guidance I am sure I can do it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys!

Do what I did after joining the site…read all of it that you can. There is so much info in these forums it’s crazy. I just went to each section as I approched that part of my build. Upper, lower, barrels, BCG, it’s all in here and easy to find. I looked through almost all the pages in the picture thread to see what I liked. Read reviews of all the parts I was interested in. The answer to all your newbie questions is in here somehere, if you really can’t find it that’s when you ask for the help and you will be sure to get it. Good luck and enjoy the build.

For build information, as others suggested, this site in itself is all you need; you’ll find tooling recommendations, assembly instructions, etc.
