Yes we can loose without strict diet. Follow these …Wake up early morning. Drink two glass of hot water or Mix apple cider vinegar with one glass of hot water and drink it. Avoid white rice completely .For breakfast you can have moongdal dosa ,ragi dosa or fruits smoothies . At 11 am you can have any fruit example one apple. Have Brown rice for lunch. Evening green tea with almonds, makano or peanut. Eat your dinner at 7pm, Dinner should be light . Dinner options are one bawl of papaya slices or one bawl of pineapple or boiled vegetable s. don’t eat sugary fruits at night. Drink two liters of water in a day,avoid junk food. A) Complete rubbish
B) Not backed by science and research
C) Pretty dang strict for not being a strict diet
D) Severely lacking in protein
E) Severely lacking in overall calories
F) Way too high in fructose
G) Did I mention complete rubbish?
If you don’t want a strict diet, it’s called Flexible Dieting. Look it up.
