We have quite a few inmates come in claiming military service, and we offer them the business card for our local Veterans Affairs folks. Normally, it is not an issue at all, and most folks don’t use it as a “treat me better than everyone else card”
But…sometimes…there are people that pull that card. And most of them are not people that I would see being in the military. Is there any way of finding this out? This would just be for my information only, and not something that I would call them out on (unless it got to that point). As a shift supervisor, it would be great to be able to have this information. I am sure that it is something that you have to request from the .gov, but is there anything that can be viewed online in a database?
