How do I do a Living Trust a Noveske lower on line and with the ATF and send the lower off to get my Lower Engraved under the Trigger Guard with my XXXX Living trust ,NC 5.56MM-200Blk.

I already have a Living Trust I got it in Jan 2015 and bought a FDE SF SOCOM RC & AAC TI RANT .45ACP I am in the pain in the ass waiting period. I want a 9mm can next & .22cal can.
