How to accomidate a new Magpul PRS stock? Please help!?

I checked the search and didn’t really find what I was looking for! I also checked YOUTUBE. I bought a BCM complete lower which comes with a carbine extention tube and reg. m4 stock. I am switching from that to a Magpul PRS stock and I know you have to switch to a rifle extention tube and buffer and spring and I bought all the above. But what is the process!

Do you just loosen the castle nut and remove the old buffer tube and its contents and then turn the new tube in and slide the stock on and put the screw in the end!

Does the stock act as the endplate, and is there no need for the castle nut?

And is the the rifle tube just hand tightened???!

You need to replace your carbine receiver extension (buffer tube) with a rifle one. You also need a rifle buffer and spring.

Yeah, I bought all the above! What I want to know is the procedure to swap the two. And how is the rifle extention tube tightened!

Ok use a stock wrench to remove the castle nut and unscrew the carbine buffer. Next install the rifle buffer. just screw it on until. When you remove the carbine buffer be careful not to lose the rear take down spring and detent. Also be prepared to catch the metal plunger and spring that holds the buffer in the receiver extension. The rifle extension is held on by the screw that holds the stock on. Just slide the PRS over the rifle extension and tighten the screw in that is under the butt plate.
