A jury convicted Austin Smith Clem on one count of forcible rape after she turned sixteen, and on two counts of second-degree rape that happened when she was younger. He raped this poor girl twice when she was 24 and once again at 18 and the judges puts him back on the streets. Something isn’t right here unless the community hasn’t something else planned for old Clem.

I can certainly imagine some “community supervision” that would be far worse than sending him to prison. And he richly deserves it.
Some countries execute rapists. I am only upset that we aren’t one of them.

I notice this was in Alabama, not in New York or California. Seems to be a lot of this going around, lately.
This Summer, a judge blamed the underage female victim before basically letting her rapist go free.

What was the victim doing unarmed? The best justice for rape (or any other crime, for that matter) is being shot by the potential victim on the spot–if they’re innocent of the charge, there’s no bullet hole proving otherwise.
I’m thinking his biggest crime was marrying someone other than the 14 y.o. jailbait.

A youth pastor in Iowa was recently given a free pass by a judge (probably a pedophile himself and or a deacon at the church) after raping boys to cure them of homosexuality. Just ONE of his victims states this happened to him a hundred times.

One of the biggest problems in our society today are the judges, lawyers, and elected officials ON TOP of all they damn criminals themselves. Someone needs to flush the toilet, we’re circling the bowl and full of logs.
I think judges that do this are sick individuals themselves either rapist or pedophile themselves
that is why the lenient sentence they see nothing wrong with what these people do
just like that one judge that let that short fat guy go for raping a young boy ! judge said prison would be to hard on him as he is short and fat so he let him go instead !
