horrible customer service?

I ordered a couple of items from BDS tactical.
One of the items arrived.
The other didn’t.
It has been over a month since I placed the order.
Their backorder policy says they will contact the buyer within a week and advise about the backorder.
Nothing. Nada… and no response to my emails.
This is the third bad deal I have had with these guys, and now, I be done.
3 strikes, you’re out.

Heads up to the membership… BDS Tactical? Tactically UNsound.

Hmmm, I have had multiple big orders with them and been totally satisfied every time. I even did a expensive custom order, which was a Christmas gift, and it ended up having to be on short notice. So I explained my situation, they promised they could do it, and delivered on time. :slight_smile:

FWIW, the original owner of SOE Gear, John Willis (predecessor to BDS Tactical, and designer of most of the gear) has opened another company…called “Original SOE Gear.”

Site’s not really up and running fully, but I’ve heard that he’s already making gear of the same quality that he did when SOE Gear was still in business.
