Not sure where you are going with this … but the TAP FPD rounds are essentially Hornady proprietary rounds.
They are not, to my knowledge, available for reloading if that is where you are headed.
Nosler 77gr are the closest you can get best I can tell …
The red tip version is the same as the TAP, which is basically a V-Max bullet, the 75gr stuff is a BTHP.
We used to issue the 60gr TAP here as a patrol rifle duty load.

Incorrrect. The only .224" TAP bullet that is not available as a reloading component is the 75 grain T2. Hornady’s other 75 grain TAP loads use the T1 versions of the 75 grain BTHP.
As mentioned above, the polycarbonate tipped TAP rounds use 40 grain, 55 grain and 60 grain V-MAX bullets; which are all available as reloading components.

Got the same info from Hornady when I inquired as well. The fellow I spoke with was careful to note that customers often consider the standard lines of other manufacturers using those bullets thinking they will have a TAP, too. While they did indeed use the same bullets, and terminal performance was likely to be the same at a given velocity, the TAP had additional QC and assembly procedures expressly for duty/self defense. Worth noting.
I can agree with that. However, I’d like to mention one notable exception. The Black Hills Red Box load using the Hornday 75 grain BTHP can hold its own against the comparable Hornady loads.
Oops, I had others in mind when writing that, and agree that BHA is an exception. The new (and reman) 60 VMAX is exceptional too.
