OK, I hope this is not a stupid question. Are these “Practice” rounds any less lethal than the expensive counterpart? I mean, can these “practice” rounds substitute as a poor man’s defense ammo? Thanks.

According to Hornady’s website the standard 75 gr TAP makes 2790 FPS at the muzzle and this stuff 2750 which is more or less the same.

Well I intend to stock it. The problem with it is that it is VERY popular and often times impossible to get.
