I have purchased a Holosun EPS carry, for my Glock 19.5 MOS… the optic will sit on a C&H precision plate. What front/rear BUIS height size should I use for a lower 1/3 co-witness? Thanks!
I’d contact C&H for that answer.
Why did you get an optic for a 43x/48 size slide for a 19?
Because it fits my needs, and I wanted it.
Do you know what sight height I should go with, given a G19.5 MOS, with CH precision plate for a lower 1/3 co-witness?
Your concept is off. The only c&H plate for the EPS Carry is made for wthe 43x/48 MOS which is not the same MOS as the standard width Glocks. Finding iron sights needs to happen after you get that worked out.
Both EPS and EPS carry use the K cut foot print… wouldn’t a 407/507k plate suffice?
No. The slides are different widths so the screw holes don’t line up. The holes on the k plate are closer together than a standard MOS.
Per CHPWS… the Glock MOS Holosun K plate does fit the full size double stack pistols…
Again, I’m just trying to find the proper height sights for lower 1/3 co-witness.
I stand corrected. I have removed the posts with incorrect statements for clarity.
Bro, I think you’re just going to need to measure, and then order the exact height you want from Dawson Precision. It’s really no big deal at all, and they’re easy to deal with.
Shoot RDS long enough and you’ll want the irons just usable at the bottom of the window, not 1/3 or whatever.
