Anyone run one of the new HK416D .22lr AR platforms?
A local guy has one for $450 I am thinking of picking up. The only bad things i can find on the interweb are the bolt cleaning issues and the Mags are hard to get.

I know that they’re not really made by HK. It seems more people find the S&W MP1522 to be a better option.
I looked one over at my LGS the owner was telling me he has a customer that has every 22 AR made and he fells the M&P is the best of them all…FYI he had the SIG, the M&P, and the H&K on the shelf…
The H&K is heavy…if I had a 416 I’d still pick up the M&P and set it up with the same buttstock and grip etc…
Every time I turn around, there is a version of some gun I want coming out in .22…the HK416 is no exception. Companies are working overtime to take my money from me. Just saw an ad for GSG bringing out an Stg-44 and an MP-40 in .22. I gotta get another job.
