The state is arguing that the governor and legislature are the sole determinants of the necessity of an emergency act, and that the judiciary ought to mind it’s own business.
One does not tell a court that it has no jurisdiction…
Who is going to come out on top?
I don’t know how their constitution works but I’d guess the courts. If they want to take it upon themselves, they will win.
