Hey, BCM Yall should make a KMR style rail but in M LOK.
Doubt it’ll happen. The dude that designed KM is their lead engineer. BCM doesn’t seem shy about carrying competitors’ products, but that’d be a big jump.

Let’s hope they come around. Because they would completely dominate the rail market if they had a M Lok version of the KMR. And Im sure it would sell like .22 during a ammo panic.
I’m still waiting to see if the m-lok scenario survives for the long haul. Not a lot of folks jumping on the m-lok bandwagon.
How exactly did you came to that conclusion? Troy, Geissele and KAC are on board. I’m sure DD will follow suit.
Regardless of Eric Kincel, if BCM knows what’s good for them, they will make an M-LOK rail…
Their production is struggling to keep up with demand for their KMR.
I think they know what’s good for them,
Yeah, and just think about the demand for a BCM MLR (M-LOK Rail)…
Just because the manufacturers starting making m-lok rails doesn’t mean they are selling a ton of them. They took a risk just in case the concept took off. I’m still waiting to see someone show up at a class or range session with an m-lok rail. Hasn’t happened since Magpul introduced them. As far as “BCM knowing whats good for them”, believe me they know and are doing just fine.
What was I thinking? Who would want to support the largest and most successful manufacturer of aftermarket AR parts? Doesn’t sound like much of a risk to me.
Obvious reasons you don’t see M-LOK as much as KeyMod:
A) most M-LOK rails were recently released or have not been released yet
B) KeyMod has been around since 2012
C) BCM has not made an M-LOK rail
I just want a FSB cutout KMR for my 6920. I do not have T-rex arms so the 7" is out, and I prefer forged steel for my front sight. So… Please? You’re BCM, you can build anything! I’d take a cutout KMR over an M-lok version.
+1……
There are plenty of M-LOK rails being made and sold, and you’d probably be surprised at the numbers. As mentioned, due to time since introduction, there are certainly plenty of KeyMod rails out there.
Due to the partners we have that have been open enough to share numbers, there are a ton of M-LOK rails being produced and sold, in numbers that are rather impressive compared to any other attachment system. Lots of interesting things going on behind the scenes, too, and hopefully we’ll be able to share in celebrating that before long. There are plenty of folks that find KeyMod suits their needs as well, so it appears both will be around for a while. M-LOK won’t be going away, for sure. Way too successful, even in its infancy.
If BCM has a desire to produce an M-LOK rail, it’s as available to them as anyone else. It’s certainly not hard to tool up for.
I’d buy one.
The only reason I would like to see a M LOK version of the KMR is because to me from what I’ve seen. The Keymod system has trouble or problems holding acessories snugly. So sometimes they simply fall of. I haven’t heard or seen anything like that with M Lok. Just saying, I think BCM could make their product better with a simple offering of the M LOK system.
Please post examples of Keymod not holding accessories snugly along with what rail was used.
The users who had issues either need to start using components from quality manufacturers or learn how to properly mount keymod components on the KMR.
+1000!! For both midlength and carbine length systems please.

I musk make it clear. I think BCM has the BEST Rail on the market. My only issue is that its keymod.
Do you own a keymod rail? I have a feeling you just like the way m-lok looks but you want the weight savings of the KMR.
I have the same mount as the clowns in the video and I have had issues getting it off, as it locks down super tight. Also, to actively tell people that they should take their properly configured keymod accessories apart and use weld nuts is beyond stupid advice and they have no idea how the system works.
I don’t own any keymod. Im not the only person to have seen this issue. There are other cases of similar things happening. To me its not about looks, it more than that.
