i just got a letter from NFA, it states that the reason for making should be consistent with nc state law,
anybody from nc that can help?
For what type of item?
NC has a funny research and development type state law regarding some NFA items.
sorry about that, its for a sbr.
the reason i put for making it was for target shooting,
it referances me to 14288.8 section 4 nc law…
its the only thing holding it up, once i fix it, it is approved.
Insert “Research and Development” and it will pass. I have two already and one pending w/ that reason on all. Bayer

i found the nc laws and was wondering how i was going to word that, ill give it a try.
