Help with a gun control poll?

I didn’t want to call it a “firemission.”

sneaky cnn poll.

http://edition.cnn.com/

bottom right:

“Does the United States need more gun control?”

Thanks.

I added a ‘No’ but don’t hold your breath. It’s CNN, the ‘unofficial survey’ is gonna go the way CNN wants it to.

ETA- If you are on a mobile device click ‘full site’ to see survey.

52% Yes 48% No after 1021 votes…

60% No, 40% Yes @ 1415 votes but it is still open. Well done M4C!

No 59% 819
Yes 41% 568
Total votes: 1387
This is not a scientific poll

Nice how they give themselves an out (not scientific) if it doesn’t go their way. Rest assured that if it had been skewed, say 83% in favor, 17% opposed, it would have been “scientific” or the disclaimer removed.

Done. And Disseminated.

No 62% 939
Yes 38% 587

Done. So far common sense prevails . . .

It was up side down when 30 cal originally posted link. I think it was mid 50’s ‘yes’.

CNN will still spin it as “Nearly 2 out of 5 of Americans polled favor stricter gun control, studies show.”

Lol… sadly :frowning:

1158 NO, 622 yes :dance3:

66% no, 34% yes.

When I first saw this in the morning, it was about the opposite percentages of like 65% yes and 35% no. I’m glad it swung the other way.

It’s not a scientific poll. If it were, it would poll random people. The way it is now, whoever is more active on social media will spread the word and their side will win the poll.

And apparently CNN has been playing dirty pool, to no one’s surprise. Look at where it was posted, the international edition. Sorry but I couldn’t give a flying leap about the opinion from someone in Belgium about our gun laws. Next up is CNN not counting all of the “no” votes.

Well has it really suprised anyone? The only thing that actually made me look at the link is the final outcome.

Unfrackingreal…

That’s how it works. These polls are usually a battle between TOS vs. DUh.com
