Help me choose shotgun light

Going to add weapon light to my Beretta 1301 tactical. I have the Aridus handguard that I want to mount the light on. Looking at the SF pro models since they come with mlok adjustable mount. Also cant decide between 300 and 600 series. Since a shotgun is more of a CQB type weapon I would think the 300 would be plenty but wanted some advice before making a purchase. Whats your thoughts?

I have the 600 but I think either would be great choices

2-300 lumens is the most I would want indoors and I would only turn it on as a last resort.

Whats your opinions on the mount? I have 2 options im weighing. Going with either Pro model with integrated mount or Arisaka inline mount.
