Since they don’t make the FSP version anymore. Go with that, plus it’s cheaper. You’ll be able to get the regular Block II much easier, any time you want. Plus the sum of parts IMHO are better on the used RSP upper. Also you could always sell that Mod 1 receiver and make some money back.
