Sorry didn’t really know where to post this. Found a screw in front of the gun safe and can’t think of anything it would have been from. Any help is appreciated thanks
Looks similar to the screws that ADM uses on the rings for their scope mounts.
Can you supply some measurements to help narrow it down?
It’s about an inch
I’ve checked all of the scopes and optics on the guns I’ve taken out lately and can’t find anything. I just put on a magpul moe sl stock yesterday but still don’t know
Looks like my GSG5 bolt stop screw. It is not technically a necessary part of the weapon until you disassemble. The bolt-stop would fall out. Check all your non-ar15 stuff.
Also, looks a bit like a bolt for an AR stock I have. Holds things in place when you grab the lever and adjust to a new stock position.
That is my guess x2. A complete photo montage of your entire collection is probably in order…
She was about 5’5" and about 235lbs but you had had one too many beers sooo…
That’s why she left before you regained consciousness…
…ohhhhhh, THAT screw! My bad…
I can’t help it man I like stuff I can grab onto [emoji12]
Pistol Grip screw?
I have similar screws on my DD offset clamp light mount. It does seem to be some type of accessory bolt, maybe a free float rail?
I have screws like that on a Gear Sector rail mount QD socket and another one on a Midwest Industries MCTAR30 end plate adapter QD - it does look like a screw from an accessory or it may be totally unrelated
