After being a member for over a year, I figured now was as good a time as any to introduce myself. I’ve been a handgun collector for many years and am now focusing on classic Smith revolvers and upper end autos. I really got bit by the AR bug in late 2012, right before Sandy Hook. I purchased a DD M4V5 a little over a year ago and have been trying to wear it out but it just won’t go down. Now I’m in the middle of a 10.3" pistol build that will eventually be SBR’d. I’m thoroughly enjoying the build and learning from all the great online resources, which is what really brought me back here.
Personally, I live in the Atlanta burbs, have a 9 year old son, 7 year old daughter, one due June 3rd, and a very understanding wife. Can’t forget about the dog - Bella, the one year old Great Dane. I work in sales and travel the southeast all the way out to Texas.
I’ll admit, I’m more of a lurker/learner but will certainly chime in where I feel I can contribute. Thanks for having me.
