Hey everyone. I’m new to these forums but have been into AR’s since i was eight years old, and i’m 22 now. I live in the liberal state of california, love the weather, hate the people, definitely feel like my family and i are the only conservatives left. Just a quick intro so lets get to it.
Got me an SBR, running adams arms upper, mega arms lower, neveske fire pig flash suppressor, aimpoint pro red dot, stag arms lower kit, stag arms standard buffer and buffer spring. Ive read lots and lots about heavy buffers and i cant get a straight lid on it. What in zeus’s beard do they do. If it helps, i noticed when shooting my standard flash hider, my gun cycled perfect, then when i threw on the neveske, it started ejected at 3’o clock. I guess i could turn the gas down but i thought a heavy buffer would improve overall feel and reliability so i hope someone with knowelege can shed some light on this subject. Please and thank you
Don’t take it personal. I know it sounds dickish to you but if you answer those questions clearly then you’ll get a better answer. On another note, who cares where your brass is ejecting? Sounds like you spend to much time on “Calguns”.
The H buffer slows your cycling down because it’s heavier; in a nutshell.
Somebody wants you to provide refining info so that they can frame a specific response, and do it in a format that breaks it into bite-size chunks instead of that Michael Herr stream-of-consciousness, “mad testing skillz, yo” method…
…and the reaction is to go straight to butthurt because you paid more attention to the medium than to the message.
Gods forbid somebody point out that you could have added this little quick-peak into your sense of entitlement to an existing thread, instead of burning up bandwidth on a rehashed topic.
By all means, sally thee forth to Calguns. We will – somehow – manage to get by without you.
