Came across the following rounds, any knowledge of the headstamp (maybe Industgries Valcartier Inc) and bullet type?
Search “IVI polymer bullet” …no idea if correct.

Looks like a Polycase ARX pistol bullet…Phillips screwdriver appearance like what you have, but Polycase’s rifle bullets are smooth on the ogive.
Certainly is the same bullet and headstamp. Dang, $5
