Sorry to hear it. Nothing special about it and long term fat loss will come from correct alteration of nutrition and life style changes period.
There are a few supps that have some data showing they may help in the process, but a bunch of fiber mixed in a glass is not a long term solution.
Bore brushing ones bowels if you have never performed or have not performed in a long time can be beneficial and fiber intake regularly is good. You do not, however, need something that’s $90 to meet these requirements. Also, eating higher protein meals will aid in feeling full like this product claims and provide the building blocks for recovery.

After many years of research, reading and study looking for that miracle cure/magic pill to lose weight I finally found it last June.
It’s called eat less, exercise more. It works, so far am down 50 pounds.
I count all calories that I eat, and walk/run/cycle at least 4 times per week.
It isn’t easy, sometimes it freaking hurts, but it’s done wonders for me and my family.
