I tried to search for these plates both here and online and I couldnt find much. I was just given these plates and was wondering if anyone had any information on them. Their made by second chance.

K47 was a Second Chance trade name-- they are level III and although they could not be newer than 10-12 years, they should be totally good to go as long as the laminations on the back face are intact. They would in fact still be “pretty dang good” if not. The steel plate is not going to age.

I’ve shot and seen shot, several of these. They easily stopped everything they were rated for… multiple rounds thereof.
