Quit smoking…again… As I smoke a cig outside checking the forum. Not off to great start on the whole resolution thing.
Same here, it’s a hard habit to kick. Good luck to you, have you tried Chantix? I’ve smoked for 20 years now. I know a couple people it has worked well for. I tried it and was ok in week one but in week two I started having bad side effects from it and stopped taking it.

I quit for a year with Chantix (two years ago), not taking it this time. First day was failure, 2nd & 3rd holdin strong without having smoked… For now…

I could use a support group, maybe even a stop smoking thread.
Too cut back on my drinking. Been trying to drown some problems in my life with alcohol and I need to stop.
