Maybe this is common knowledge, but I discovered this tonight – if you have an AR armorers tool, you’ve got an 870 forend wrench! Two adjacent prongs for the barrel nut fit the 870 forend nut just right. I apologize for the bad picture, I finished reassembly before I loaded the pic to my computer, but you should get the idea.
