does anyone have any experience dealing with Haley Strategic customer services I have a Thorntail light mount that I have been trying to return for a week now I have sent a few emails with no reply’s
Give them a chance. The are a small but good company. The guy that looks at the email probably runs a machine during the day. Just curious… Why are you returning the mount? GH
I know they are busy the mount is really nice built great just dont like the setup with it and instead of keeping something I wont use I want to return it to help with funds on a build Im working on

Somehow I doubt Haley Strategic actually manufactures anything. Not sure about the Glock parts or web gear, but I know all of the light mounts are IWC.
