Bought a Jack Carbine last year that came with a $200 of coupon for a training course with Hailey. I have been interested in attending his course in Sacramento in March. Had a few legit questions for HSP prior to throwing down the cash.
Only way to contact HSP is via email. Sent my first email Dec. 17; another about two weeks ago. Zero response other than an automated reply (so I know they’re getting my emails) stating how busy they are and emails will be responded to in the order received…
Anyone else experiencing the same thing? Not going to invest the time and significant expense to jump on an airplane, get a hotel, car, etc without getting a few questions answered.
Frustrating to say the least. Not used to the lack of response. I know in my line of work, responsiveness to my clients trumps everything - even when “I’m busy…”
Curious to hear if anyone else is in the same boat. Would love to take this course but there other options out there as well.
