I recently purchased an LMT “Defender” lower assembly for my LMT 14.5-inch upper w/Colt BCG. I shoot a moderate amount (maybe 4000 rounds/year) with approximately one-half that 5.56mm. Would an “H2” buffer be OK in it, as opposed to the standard “H” buffer?
An H buffer would be best but an H2 would likely work just fine.
