Hopefully everyone has had a wonderful Christmas with lots of time spent with family and spiked egg nog. To all of you who are overseas and couldnt be home i salute you and im thankful for your service.
So for Christmas did anyone score or gift some great guns and/or gear? I was fortunate enough to have an amazing wife that got me a FNS40 and I in turn gave her a Ruger LCR as a carry piece. I also was able to hook up my brother and brother in law with some stripped PSA lowers and get them addicted to the black rifle like all of us are. It’s not the greatest time to get into the game but better late than never.
Couple new HSGI Tacos, Triad Rifle Ammo Pouch, Data Book (and cover), a Larue 4 pistol range bag (with the requisite dillo dust and beverage entry tools). Also got some patches and some new maintenance stuff.

Nothing for me. All three Daughters got new rifles though. A Rossi matched pair .22/.410 for the youngest And a Ruger take down 10/22 for the middle child. My eldest helped me assemble her first AR on Christmas Eve, after we got that damned Green Machine together. Built her a basic carbine with an A2 upper, LW Stoner barrel and an entry stock. She loves the irons and she’s tiny so it was a perfect fit. After finishing the Assembly I realized her rifle was the shortest in overall length. Gonna have to check NY state law on OAL in the morning. That .22 take down is very cool. Range time tomorrow if all goes well.
