Guidance needed - unregistered street sweeper

Is it possible to register a Cobray Street Sweeper shotgun that is not currently registered? I’ve never owned a class III weapon so I have no clue what is possible and what isn’t. Thank you.

Technically the answer would be no. If it is unregistered is considered to be contraband

If i came upon a situation like that, I would call an NFA lawyer.
