I actually heard about this site from an ARFCOM thread bashing it.
And yeah, I just discovered 30 minutes ago that I got banned from ARFCOM. Permanently. Apparently this is my third and final lock, this time for “calling out” (whatever that means) a certain Statist member by posting “In Before [member name]” on some threads. The first two locks was because the admin thought I was “advocating the overthrowing of the government” by making threads asking people if they were willing to use their guns against a tyrannical domestic government if/when the time comes.
So now I’m probably going to frequent this site, AR15 adviser, and GT in hopes of preventing ARFCOM withdrawal symptoms.
Any other banned ARFCOMMERS gonna welcome a brotha?
There are lots of folks here who got thrown out of arfcom, FWIW. Some even put their ‘banned as’ screen names from arfcom in their sig lines here. You’ll have lots of company and will feel right at home. Welcome.
I’m still an unbanned ARFCOM member but I feel your pain. That site has gradually gotten more and more PC over the last few years.
I still visit since occasionally I get some good AR15 gouge. And the humor in some of the political threads is interesting too, taken in the right context.
Anyhoo… welcome to M4C.net… your new home away from home.
Contrary to what some people may believe, M4C is NOT merely some refuge for banned ARFCOMers…especially those who were banned for legitimate reasons.
I’m not a mod on this site, just on ARFCOM. That being said I think I can say with reasonable certainty that this thread isn’t long for this world.
The code of conduct here is actually MUCH stricter than on ARFCOM, and you’ll notice that more than one of the moderators here is also a mod on ARFCOM…only here they don’t have to put up with as much nonsense. If you believe this to be a no-holds-barred, free for all site you’re dead wrong. One of the no-no’s is dragging another site’s business here.
