Took 1st place in production at the Chatanika Ironman Steel Challenge match. 15 shooters in my divisions 59 at the match. My overall was 17th. Shot my Glock 17 duty pistol. Wish I had video but did not have time.

Congratulations! Having seen some of the videos that you have posted, I would also have liked to see the video.
Sorry guys I have stopped videoing steel matches because they are not as much fun to watch in my opinion with almost no movement.
I wish I would have videoed the shoot off however. I also won the shoot off in my division but lost once I had to shoot against the other divisions. Lost to my best friend who took open division. He came in second in the shoot off only losing to Mike Seeklander.

If you didn’t live in west Canada, the Pro-Am match looks like tons of fun as a legit action steel match. I don’t have to resources for all that tho. I need to buy a tent!

Lol not going to happen. I only can afford to fly out once or maybe twice a year and if I am flying out its going to be for three gun not a pistol only match.

Shooting your duty G17, what holster were you using?
Just a standard blade tech OWB holster. My duty rig requires I have my light on my gun which is not production legal.
