Good Place to Eat in Vegas???

We went to Delmonico’s in the Venetian and it was top notch. I think it was an Emeril Lagasse restaurant?

Breakfast: Lagos in Caesars.
Lunch: Trevi’s in the Forum Shops in Caesars or at Lucky’s at Hard Rock.
Dinner: The Range at Harrah’s or at the restaurant at the top of the Eiffel Tower at Paris.

Hey Grant, if you want a steak and I mean the best steak ever try the Golden Steer steak house on west Sahara. You need reservations and they have served some of the most famous people in the world ( they have plaques above the celebs favorite booths from John Wayne to Elvis). You will not be disapointed.

Lots of good places to eat in Vegas, the problem is finding a good cup of coffee!

There are many excellent restaurants in Vegas. For reviews of restaurants try www.yelp.com.

I’ll be looking for a Taco bell and a beer distributor!

Tom Jones, that is a fantastic recommendation.

Smith and Wollensky is in its own free standing building right on the strip. Reservations can be made for the bar or the dining room. The great advantage is that the restaurant is not in a casino. This fact my be desirable for those of you who have been to Vegas enough times that you become bored with casinos.

Best steak in Vegas 17 years running. The Steakhouse in Circus Circus. I know the casino is a dump, but the restaurant is 1st class all the way. Think old school 50’s style. Like Frank Sinatra or Dean Martin are dining in the next table over. Very classy. Superb food. You won’t be dissapointed. Dress up. Don’t wear jeans and a beater t-shirt.

Another good place is T-Bone’s Chophouse in Red Rock Casino. Everything is ala carte. But the side platters are good enough to feed 2or 3 people. You get 2 waiters serving per table. I recommend the large Filet Mignon. You can cut it with a spoon.

I work in Vegas drop me an IM and I will recommend some more places if you like.

By the way, I love the Eotech I got from you.

Funny thing but I’ve heard that from two different sources in the last few days. I asked “what’s the name of this steakhouse?” and the reply was “The Steakhouse”. That is now on my list of places to try.

In-n-Out burger. Okay not what you are looking for but if you are in a hurry sometime get one!
