You can get a brand new one for less than that if you look on the 'bay.
I did look on gunbroker, but didn’t think of ebay of which I am also a member. We often overlook them for firearm accessories, good or bad.
got mine brand new, in the box off gunbroker for 155 shipped. pretty happy with that.

I got one from a dealer on Ebay for a great price. As long as the dealer is in the U.S. and has a good feedback record you should be fine.
Equipment Exchange (here and other gun boards) have them regularly too.
