I’ve been looking over some load bearing vests for literally months now. It seems like anytime I find something decently priced, I find out its junk or discontinued.
My situation is…
Run a lot of kydex mag carriers, so I just want to back-feed them.
Just using it for some future training classes.
Training classes won’t happen until at least spring.
Don’t mind paying for quality and don’t like skimping, but for the limited use it will see, it feels wrong spending a boatload of money.
Any suggestions? Totally out of my element on this one…
Look at the SKD/Eagle chest rigs. They have an all molle version that might work for you. I own two of them, and they havnt let me down. As far as price, I think they are around $80 for the basic 4 double ar pouch modle. It has molle on both sides, 4 pistol mag pouches, a large velco selled pocket on the inside, and they make a thumb break to use one pouch as a holster. They come in all the major camo/colors. Hope this helps.
